Kevin Wosmansky, Founder + CEO

Kevin Wosmansky is the founder and driving force behind JAR Consulting Group, with 22 years of experience in marketing and advertising. Over the course of his career, Kevin has successfully owned and operated multiple businesses, including digital marketing agencies and out-of-home marketing companies. His expertise lies in programmatic targeted marketing, where he excels at delivering highly effective, data-driven campaigns that resonate with the right audiences at the right time.

Kevin has developed a niche in working with professionals in the construction industry, helping architects, engineers, and contractors elevate their digital presence and achieve their business goals. His ability to understand the unique challenges of the building industry, combined with his deep knowledge of marketing technologies, positions him as a trusted partner for clients seeking targeted and impactful marketing strategies.

Outside of his professional accomplishments, Kevin is a proud husband and father of three daughters. His time in the United States Marine Corps instilled in him a strong work ethic, discipline, and a commitment to excellence—values he carries into his business today. Dave Fritz, VP Business Development

Dave Fritz has built an impressive career working with engineers, architects, and contractors across various industries, including healthcare, industrial facilities, higher education, and government sectors like defense and correctional facilities. With over 30 years of business experience in both corporate and private sectors, Dave has become a trusted expert in environmental and facility controls for fire, life safety, security, and HVAC systems. He has partnered with several Fortune 500 companies and manufacturers throughout the U.S. and Canada, offering consultative sales and delivering custom solutions for complex facilities.

Dave’s expertise extends to energy consulting, providing EPAct validation and certification, as well as training in lighting analysis and recommendations. As Vice President of International Sales & Marketing for Washington Scientific Industries, Dave led global sales initiatives and developed companies focused on certified commissioning, energy analysis, resource efficiency management, and facility integration.

In addition, Dave is skilled in building automation and management systems, including Tridium System Integrator, BACNet monitoring, and indoor air quality evaluations. His accomplishments include the Navy Commendation Medal for service in Vietnam, the "Key to the City" of LeClaire, Iowa for industrial park development, and top sales awards for companies such as Siemens and Ditch Witch. Beyond his professional career, Dave’s service in the U.S. Marine Corps earned him multiple Meritorious Promotions and the Marine of the Month award. He also received a basketball scholarship to Concordia College, demonstrating his dedication to excellence in both his personal and professional life.

Joe Walker, COO

Joe Walker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital strategy and process engineering. As a former Vice President of Digital Strategy at Wells Fargo Home Lending, Joe played a pivotal role in managing matrixed teams across multiple business lines, driving digital strategies that improved operational efficiency and streamlined processes. He was instrumental in building robust reporting and analytics solutions that provided executive management teams with critical insights for decision-making. His leadership and expertise helped shape the strategic direction of the bank’s Home Lending and Commercial Banking divisions, enhancing its ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Joe’s passion for data-driven solutions and cross-functional team collaboration allowed him to excel in managing complex projects and delivering high-impact results. His ability to bridge the gap between technology and business needs made him a valuable asset in developing and executing digital strategies.

Outside of his professional life, Joe is a devoted family man. He is married with three children and cherishes spending time with his family. A dedicated fan of college football, Joe closely follows the Iowa Hawkeyes and enjoys watching games with his family. He also loves to fish, and whenever he gets the chance, he spends time on the water with his sons, sharing his love of the outdoors and creating lasting memories.

Jen Geigley, Creative Director

Jen Geigley is a seasoned graphic designer with 25 years of experience, working with a wide range of clients, from ITA Group and Principal Financial Group to local businesses like restaurants, healthcare facilities, and engineering firms. Her expertise spans layout, publication design, corporate identity, print materials, ad design, and creating social media graphics and content.

As a former Art Director at Cityview / Big Green Umbrella Media, Jen led design efforts for various publications, managing a team of designers and collaborating closely with editors and publishers. She was responsible for designing covers and internal layouts, contributing to visual storytelling through her design work. Her experience also includes working with printing, web design, video, and photography.

Jen is passionate about creating designs that not only look great but also meet her clients' business objectives. She stays ahead of design trends and constantly adapts to new techniques, especially in social media graphics and content creation.

Based in West Des Moines, IA, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids. In addition to her design work, she is an accomplished knitter, author, and knitting instructor. Her designs have been featured in knitting magazines for over 15 years, and she has written and self-published six knitting books. She also teaches knitting at schools throughout the metro area, sharing her love of the craft with others.

Ben Aveni, Director of Digital Strategy

Ben Aveni is a marketing professional with a strong background in search engine optimization (SEO) and website development. After graduating from Norwalk High School, Ben moved to London, UK, where he earned his marketing degree with Honours and Awards from Roehampton University. His academic success paved the way for his role at Samsung UK, where he worked as part of the Website SEO team. Ben’s responsibilities included managing SEO projects, developing innovative SEO strategies, and leading AI-driven search engine optimization initiatives. His expertise in this field helped the digital marketing SEO team for Samsung UK achieve their strategic goals.

In addition to his work in SEO, Ben has extensive experience in the construction and building industry. He has assisted construction professionals with website development, SEO, and local SEO strategies to enhance their online presence and drive business growth. Ben's ability to bridge technology and marketing has made him a valuable asset to the companies he's worked with.

After years in the UK, Ben decided to return to Iowa to be closer to his family. Outside of his professional endeavors, Ben is passionate about beekeeping and harvests his own honey from his hives. He also practices Jiu-Jitsu, enjoys video games, and is an avid supporter of the Philadelphia Eagles. Above all, Ben values the time he spends with his family, making them the center of his life since moving back to Iowa.

Maria Dumanjug is a highly skilled web development leader with a passion for creating innovative, user-friendly digital experiences. With years of experience in front-end and back-end development, Maria excels at transforming complex concepts into functional, intuitive websites. As the Director of Web Development, she leads her team in designing and developing cutting-edge solutions that align with business goals, ensuring seamless performance and exceptional user engagement. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to quality, Maria is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of web development while delivering impactful results for clients.

Out of work, Maria enjoys exploring new technologies, staying current with the latest design trends, and finding inspiration in the world around her. She is also passionate about outdoor activities, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
